I made your "Bread Machine - Easy As Can Be" recipe tonight using the 2lb loaf option on my machine. I noticed the crust was getting pretty dark prior to the full bake time, so I removed it 5 minutes early, and it is still fairly hard. The recipe doesn't specify what setting to use. Is this supposed to be a 1.5 lb loaf?
