Hi PJ, I have a Zo bread machine an I prefer to my dough from it to bake it in the oven, we like the how soft and tender it is, but my bread would get really wrinkled when it cooled down then I saw your blog here then I tried it by taking the loaf out of the pan about 10 minutes after baking and sit it in my turned off oven with the door open. It worked!!!! But I have to wet my hands to handle the dough, it is sticky and how do you smooth out the top?
