ABSOLUTELY GENIUS - how embarrassing that we didn't think of this! The paddles and wrinkles are the primary reasons that I bake my bread in the oven. Now I'm going to twist the dough, remove the paddles AND let the bread cool in the machine. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU.
