Hi I just found your amazing site. Thank you for the tips. I have been making bread for years,in the bread machine, usually just the dough. However I made a loaf yesterday with brand new flour and brand new yeast. The crust was golden, but when I tried to slice it it fell apart no matter how thick I sliced it.This has never happened before. Any advice would be welcome.Thank you.
