Hi Rena! Thanks for the post. I do have Panasonic SD-BT65P model. I am really wondering why the bread machine makers are not creating a machine that allow about 5 minutes after the final kneading to remove the paddle/blade from the pan and allow to shape it. These many years all of them are manufacturing bread machines that is not allowing this. Nobody like the bread with a big gap at the bottom of the baked loaf. It is about time some one needs to start manufacturing a bread machine with the "that allow about 5 minutes after the final kneading to remove the paddle/blade from the pan and allow to shape it". It is very simple request.
