How do I know when my final rise is in my breadmaking machine, as I hate the holes in the bottom, as it wastes so much when it's cut. There is no timer on my machine to show the rises, also my bread seems to turn out dry ?, my instructions say to turn it out to cool on a rack immediately it's done ?.
