I have never had a bad loaf from my machine. Consider myself lucky now! 😊 I normally use the express bake cycle, because I'm impatient and today I bravely took the paddle out when it stopped kneading... we got a new machine because the old one was... old and there is a "paddle remover" included... so i did. Look forward to having a less holey loaf. Use your flour for everything. Thanks for such a great product.
