Hi Margaret, thanks for writing. Let your dough rise once in the machine, then take it out and shape it, and then place it in a loaf pan. Allow it to complete its final rise before baking in the oven. The center should reach at least 190*F on a digital thermometer when it has finished baking. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
