I just found this article and learned so much! You can take the paddles out? You can play with the bread to correct the shape? OMG! I can hardly wait to bake another loaf to put this information to the experience! I printed out the article to keep in my recipe book for reference. Unfortunately, it did not print out all the pictures, except for the very first one. The pictures were most informative and would be a great reference.
