Hi I’m new to bread machines and having difficulty with two things, firstly all my bread seems to have large air holes on the top I.e the crust, secondly the. Crust quickly softens. We like crusty bread but not having much success. I have the Panasonic SD-ZB2502. Any help would be appreciated Thank you
