Hi Cassidee, we did some research and were able to track down what we hope is the manual for your bread machine. On page 10, it shows how the running time of the machine is broken down into five stages when baking yeast bread: Ferment 1, Ferment 2, Bake, Keep Warm, and End. The "Ferment 2" stage will be the final rise. Once the time changes to show that it has just begun the "Ferment 2" stage, you'll want to remove the paddles from the machine if you're trying to bake a loaf that has no holes in it.
