Hi Tandy. We're sorry to hear your loaves have been turning out dry. There a couple of things that could be causing this. The first would be if there was any extra flour compacted in your measuring cup which is very common. To ensure your dough has plenty of moisture, we recommend fluffing the flour with a whisk or spoon, sprinkling it into the measuring cup, and scraping off the excess. In addition, it's always a good idea to check in on the dough while it's mixing to see if it needs any extra water. The other possibility is that your machine simply bakes things longer than is necessary, which is another common problem. To work around this, you can either consult your machine's manual to see if you can adjust its baking time. Or, use your machine for the mixing and rising but actually bake the bread in your oven until the internal temperature of your loaf reaches about 190°F. We hope this helps, and that your next loaf will be tender and moist! Annabelle@KAF
