Hi Rebecca, try reducing the yeast by 1/4 teaspoon with your next batch. Some machines encourage over-proofing, which results in a loaf that collapses in the center. Reducing the yeast by just a little bit tends to do the trick. Good luck, and happy bread baking! Kye@KAF
