That sounds like a common problem, Ina. The solution? Either more water or less flour. As your dough is mixing, make sure that it isn't too stiff, you want it to be soft like your cheek and tacky like a sticky note. It may also help to sift the flour in case any lumps have developed over time. This usually happens when it's humid. Next time, keep an eye on it as it mixes so you can adjust the mixture accordingly early on and prevent those future mini dough pieces. Annabelle@KAF
