Post Script to above, Wonderful outcome!!!! First loaf was all anyone could ask for, beautiful and very tasty! Used powdered Buttermilk instead of the instant milk, turned out just fine. Y'alls inventive takes on bread encouraged me to try the Buttermilk, Thanks! This is a great blog, newbies really appreciate the sharing!!! THANKS again!
