Invest in some USA Pullman pans, we like the square shape for ever day bread, easy to slice, use then without the lid if you want that mushroom look. Just don't soak them, dry them after washing or in the warm oven. They can rust. 99.99 percent we just use the dough setting, bake in the oven. In the winter it's a big plus.
