I have a Panasonic SD YD200 bread machine. After I mix the whole wheat bread in the bread machine to make dough. I then want to put in in a standard bread pawn and bake it in my conventional oven. Two questions: 1. How long do I let it rise in a warm place? 2 How long do I bake it in the conventional oven and at what temp?
