Hi, I have had success with my Zo using the KAF recipe for Vermont oatmeal bread. This bread is wonderful, but sometimes it's dense. I remove it from the Zo then shape and bake in my a Breville toaster oven...today was the best because I used 1T. Each of dry milk and potato flour, but it was still on the dense side instead of tall light and fluffy. Frustrated but hangin in there to keep tweaking. Suggestions?
