@ Riki (February 22, 2015) What about a heat gun? Maybe you could just brown the top that way? Or try it even when the bread is baking? Just to give it that little push of heat the sugars need to take them to Caramel Town? Or maybe use a torch after removing it from the machine ... a la Creme Brulee??
