Hi Maria, In my previous comments, I failed to mention that the setting that I use for my bread in the 2 Panasonic Bread Bakery Machines are the following: the 25 year old machine, the Crisp Bread setting is used which is 7 hours from beginning to fresh bread. The 5-year old machine, the French Bread setting is used for a cycle of 6 hours.
