On the British baking show the oven doors do slide underneath, but I have found that I cannot purchase one in the United States, and I was told that they would not ship one to the United States. It might be because of conversion of electricity who knows. I am also trying to Locate ADA compatible. I have found They now have available Forno French door open oven stand alone and in wall. There are some disadvantages and learning curves. I have looked at these and they seem great, but I only have a insert area of 30 inch and the oven box area seems very small to me. So my next thought is do a double oven standalone. I do bake a lot of bread and I’m afraid when I switch that convection Baking for bread Cakes and pies Will change for me, possibly not for the better I am at ends at what model to get
