This blog was created in 2015 and addresses the “standard” convection oven. Is there an updated blog that covers microwave convection oven models. I have had one for some 13 years now and didn’t know it was a convection combination 🥺. Your website is fantastic and I am just discovering the joys of baking. Thanks for all the info you put out. Believe it or not, I read all (not just a few) comments on topics I find interesting.
