Hi I have a convection oven and I have been baking cakes breads in it from a long time.. I never get good brown color in my breads.. I m never satisfied with the outcome of breads.. I use same temperature n time to bake..the bread hardens n doesn't ever soften.. In cakes too when I bake a vanilla cake I don't get brown top.. Please suggest what should I do.. I m very disappointed n demotivated to bake though I love baking
