This was such a helpful article! We just moved into a house with an oven that has a convection option, and while I've been wanting to ry it, the manual didn't have any explanation about the feature other than how to turn it on or off!! This is the third or fourth time I've ended up here at KAF to find answers to questions that I've had, and I so appreciate the depth of information you guys have on here! Not just "rules", but explanations. Thanks for making my baking journey so much easier!!
