Morreen Bayles February 15, 2015 at 11:22am When I bake muffins/quick breads/cookies - I cook them for about 75% of the lowest end of the cook time on regular bake, then I switch my oven over to convection bake for the rest of the time. The end result is a moist, perfectly cooked product. Reply
