I had a terrible time moving the rolled dough onto the cookie sheet. This very stretchy dough would not stay together to allow me to turn it over and shape it. The dough tore, filling oozed everywhere, and I lost my cream cheese core. I must admit, it still tasted yummy, and doubling the frosting hid a multitude of problems, but how do you move this dough without four hands? The blog just shows a photo of the perfect ring. I need to see this done!
