I made this today, but used a cinnamon/chocolate filling. It was delicious. My husband doesn't like cheese filling so I used this as an alternative. What would be the correct internal temperature for this cake? I like to use a thermometer to make sure it is cooked through. I baked it to 190 degrees, but am not sure that would be the correct one. Thanks
