Hello! Tried this recipe to make my first stirato! I really like the flavour and texture of the bread. It turned out slightly flatter than I expected though, about an inch and a half (or an inch after breaking it off to taste). Did something go wrong? Also when I turned the risen dough onto the floured surface, well, the dough was stuck and I had to scrap it out. Should I have oiled / floured the bowl?
