We're glad to hear you gave this bread a try, Kate. It sure does make the perfect loaf! If you'd like to make this into two sandwich-sized loaves, you may want to increase the recipe by at least 1.5x. You can also consider baking this recipe in a loaf pan if you want to give the bread some structure. The bake time will still be roughly the same, perhaps a bit longer if you make larger loaves. The internal temperature should be at least 190°F when they've finished baking. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
