Hey guys!
So this is my first attempt at making this bread, and so far I've followed the directions to the letter, being very careful about measurements and everything. It seems like my dough is far too sticky, and isn't holding any sort of a ball shape after the folding/stretching process. I've done 4 up to this point, and it just seems to fall into a sticky wet ball back in the bottom of the bowl. Is it okay to add more flour?
