Thank you so much for taking the time to describe and illustrate the step by step instructions. I have Sam's book and it is a wonderful read, especially if you are an aspiring baker :). It just seemed to me a bit intimidating to try Sam's recipe, but when I saw the KAF post, I had to try, and to my surprise I had total success, not to mention it was tons of fun.
