You speak of the last rise to be 7 hours. Are you saying at that time you can form into loaves, rise and bake? Or the other option is at this point if you do not have time in a day, one can put dough in crock , let rise covered for 4 hours and then refrigerate overnight, remove in morning to come to room temp and then form into loaves?
After so many hours, I want to do it right-recipe looks and sounds wonderful.
