YUM! I made this yesterday. I have a Blackstone pizza oven, I turned it as low as I could, 585 degrees and baked one of these in it just to see how it would do. WOW, in 11 or 12 min I had a really awesome loaf. It raised higher than the ones in my oven, and I didn't even have steam. I have been baking bread for 40 or so years. This is the best rustic loaf I've every made. I like the simplicity of it. I thought it was easy. Thank you for sharing. Now off to buy the book.
