My son taught me a wheeze for reheating frozen bread that works a treat! Run the frozen loaf quickly under the tap before placing in a cold oven, then turn the oven on to 200ºC (395ºF). By the time the oven has come to full temperature, the loaf is unfrozen and nicely warm throughout.
