I've been making the 'no knead' for a while now - love it, as I do any bread of this type! Looking forward to doing this recepie. Now, my question; first time for No Knead, had a hard time getting the loaf to brown without over baking. Well, an egg wash cured that. I noticed, Sam, you all, no where mentioned anything like this but I see your loafs turned out so nice and brown even darker - yes~! ....and you all seem to say this should happen in 20' or so....... Huh?? (Thanks K.A, I'm no professional baker, just an ol' fart who loves to cook and eat!! I've used your flours only for years!! Why I may even delve into the online KA store! LOL )
