I followed the recipe exactly - there is no sugar called for. Baked it in my KAF baguette pan as I did the first time (see my comments on Feb. 14). Had a cast iron skillet with water in bottom of oven. Did not spritz as it says DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR for 18 mins. The first time I made this bread the crust was crisp. I'm at a loss.
