I first made this on Feb 14 and it was amazing outdid my expectations. I have made it twice since then (bought the book which I love) and both times the bread is great but the crust is not crisp - what am I doing wrong? Followed the directions to a T. Just took it out of the oven this morning and the crust is more chewy than crisp. Please help.
