I've been making bread for over 25 years, and no-knead bread for several years now, and it's always very good. I've told a lot of people about that way of making bread. But yesterday I made this dough, and baked it this afternoon. It is absolutely fabulous! Beautiful crunchy crust, a moist and "holey" interior. So, Sam, I just went on Amazon and bought your book.
