Can I use SAMs receipe for ciabatta loaves,the striata was great but 2 of the loaves were thin & Hollow,I guess I baked them to long ,your loaves looked nice & round mine were a little thin ,does Sam Have a recipe only for ciatti , once again you both are very informative thnx rudy
