Margaret, please thank Sam Fromartz and his wonderful book, "In Search of the Perfect Loaf," for this fabulous recipe. So glad you enjoyed it. I think the best way to refresh a baguette is to thaw, then reheat it for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot, in a 350°F oven. Enjoy - PJH
