After many years of trying to duplicate the baguettes I used to eat while living in Paris finally SUCCESS! Thank you so much PJ for a fabulous recipe. I mixed the dough in a plastic cake container which made the folding very easy and worked well. Also baked them in my KAF baguette pan. The baguettes were wonderful (I did slash them) and my husband and I devoured one, and froze the other two. Question: What is the best way to reheat and crisp them when I take them from the freezer?.
