This book sounds a lot like a book that I found recently called "The Art of Handmade Bread" (or if you are in Europe, "The Handmade Loaf"). There are a few more recipes, but the journey is also nice in that book as well. I found the book while looking for a recipe for a yeast rising lemon bread that isn't sweet (a difficult thing to find).
Now I will try Sam's book as well. Should be great!
