Don, I'm totally metric! But many of our readers aren't; in fact, apparently only about 10% of our recipe-users weigh their ingredients, rather than measure by volume. It's a tough row to hoe, converting people to weight measurements but, as you say, totally worth it. Thanks for your kind words – PJH
