Sally, we didn't want to include Sam's recipe in our recipe archives, as it's printed in his book and we're loathe to steal his thunder! There are also copyright issues involved. I'd suggest you take a look at his book – I'll bet if they don't have it already, your local library (if it's decent-sized) will have the book. As a last resort, you could copy and paste the ingredients/directions in the blog into a Word doc. Good luck – and thank you for your kind words. PJH
