Having baked breads for more than fifty years, I never felt quite satisfied with my baguettes...until now, that is. I rec'd Mr. Fromartz's book for Christmas and have made three batches of these baguettes already. I am thrilled with the results and so are my neighbors! I encourage all of you bread bakers to try this and thanks KA for featuring this on your blog this Sunday. Most of all, thank you Samuel Fromartz for sharing your search with us home bakers. SO'H
