This looks fantastic. I love the holes. A few questions before I start: my oven does not have a setting for 470 degrees. Should I go with 475? Will any kind of sea salt do - coarse, fine, etc.? Can I substitute kosher or regular table salt? If so, what would the measurements be? Thanks!
