Looking at the picture, my first thought was how did they get the ice cream to look so good and spread so evenly on the cake. I'm glad to know it is not ice cream but a filling. I think the freeze dried strawberries helped trick my eye. looks good, I think I'll add it to my "I have to try" pile.
