I get where you're coming from, Paul. I personally like to use food coloring, but there are those that really, really don't. This recipe is too tasty to scare people off with a few drops of color. The strawberry powder actually adds quite a bit of color on its own, which I was pleased to see. I know what you mean about the chocolate photos. I ate quite a bit of it!
