Those freeze dried strawberries are a great method to get the taste you want without all the liquid that fresh strawberries would introduce to the filling! The pink frosting looks so great with the dark chocolate cake, what a great presentation. If you screw up and the cake ends up breaking on you, then hey, just layer it in a sundae glass and call it a trifle. ;) I have yet to try a jellyroll cake but this looks great.
