So fun to find out about your pastry chef and chocolatier! I so enjoyed Wilhelm's story! Thank you for the great photos! I grew up in Germany and one of my uncles was a Konditormeister, just like Wilhelm. Every year he would supply all the cakes for my grandmother's birthday. And what fancy cakes they were!!! Thanks also for sharing your tasty recipes. I especially appreciate the gluten free ones since my husband is gluten intolerant. I hope to one day be able to visit your company in Vermont.
